Caedmon’s on Grey’s tonight

If you haven’t heard, tonight is the season finale of ABC’s hit show Grey’s Anatomy. And while the show, in my opinion, has gone downhill this season, the on-going writers’ strike means tonight’s episode is a pretty big deal.

It’s also a big deal for several of my favorite musical artists: the band Caedmon’s Call, Derek Webb and Sandra McCracken. The song “Ten Thousand Angels”, written by Derek and Sandra and performed by Derek and Caedmon’s, will be played at the end of tonight’s finale. FOR FIVE MINUTES. The song is only 4 minutes and 18 seconds long, but I guess that ABC loved it so much they edited it to make it longer!
